We are based in Devon but do business throughout the UK with loans from £25,000 though the average deal being between £500,000 to £5 million.

We deal mainly in property related transactions with people looking to purchase businesses, investment property or expand their current business. Actively involved in all forms of development finance, refurbishment and bridging finance. Also heavily involved in cash-flow finance providing cash when it is needed
